Oral and Poster Presentation Guidelines – VESICON 2025

The Organizing Committee of VESICON 2025 is pleased to confirm the acceptance of registrations for oral and poster presentations at the IEVS Annual Conference – VESICON 2025, scheduled for March 11-12, 2025.

Oral Presentation Guidelines:

  • Each oral presentation is assigned a total of 8 minutes:
    • 6 minutes for the presentation
    • 2 minutes for the Q&A session
  • Mandatory Poster Submission: All oral presenters are also required to bring a poster (A0 size)- Potrait for display during the conference.

Poster Presentation Guidelines:

  • All oral presenters must also submit a portrait-oriented A0-size poster for display during the conference.
  • Abstractsshould be submitted at the earliestto info@ievs.in to facilitate their inclusion in the conference proceedings.

Registration Information

  • Registration Status: The final registration deadline (February 15th, 2025) is now closed.
  • Spot Registrations: Spot registrations will be available on March 11th, 2025 at the conference venue.
